Spent Christmas at this hotel and the holiday decorations were wonderful, with lights and a big tree in the lobby. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The location was great, near to the bus terminal and several restaurants. The bed was comfortable too.
The room wasn't as nice as the lobby. The shower wasn't working properly and there wasn't any hot water.

We found this hotel to be a convenient stay for travelers. The hotel staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the decent breakfast that was provided early in the morning. Additionally, the pool and beach area were a pleasant surprise and were well-maintained.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is conveniently located near a major bus station, making it easy to travel around. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the beds are comfortable. Though some amenities are outdated, the rooms are clean and housekeeping services are efficient. Breakfast is provided, and while it may not be to everyone's taste, it is a nice addition.
Certain aspects of the hotel are not up to standard.

the hotel's location was also advantageous, as it was close to the bus station and other key attractions. the elevator made it easy to move around the hotel.
The hotel had some negatives aspects. the air conditioning was not working properly, and the staff were unhelpful in resolving the issue.

Very nice staff, big room and comfortable bed. Close to Ubungo bus terminal. Early breakfast provided. Elevator available.
